My name is Jasneet Sethi and I am an emerging author in the world of picture books.
As an ardent lover of tales and stories for kids I wanted a space where I could collate my experiences as a storyteller, journey as an author, reviews and honest opinions of books, reading list for 2024 and book inspired activities and beyond, hence this blog!
I strongly believe that stories have a transformative impact on the minds of all ages- old, young, young at heart, as young as a year old, that lingers after ‘The End’!
As a storyteller, I recognise the extraordinary ability of narrative voice, gripping visuals and a thematic message that transcends the various boundaries leaving an indelible impression on the minds of readers or listeners.
The joy that a new title, or a book series or even a classic tale brings to me is boundless and I am happy that I can share that joy with you. My aim is to create a space where we can explore the love and richness of narratives with exciting, meaningful and engaging content that sparks curiosity and love for reading and storytelling.
After all, all we need for fun is just a book in a nook!
I welcome like minded people to join me in this journey and bring back the long lost love for imagining what awaits down the Rabbit Hole or get inspired from spunky Dorothy to face challenges or keep an upbeat attitude like the groovy Pete!
Welcoming Sabrina, the newest addition to the Stories and Beyond team, is akin to inviting a master storyteller with a camera into our midst. With each click of her shutter, she possesses the remarkable ability to capture not just images, but moments brimming with emotion, significance, and narrative depth. Sabrina’s lens transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary, infusing our memories with a richness and dimension that transcends mere snapshots.
As our dedicated storyteller behind the lens, Sabrina will play an integral role in immortalizing the cherished moments and milestones of our clients’ lives. From weddings to family gatherings, from intimate celebrations to grand adventures, Sabrina’s keen eye and creative vision will ensure that every story is told with authenticity, beauty, and grace.
But Sabrina is more than just a photographer; she is a curator of memories, a guardian of fleeting moments, and a weaver of narratives. With her artistic prowess and unwavering passion for storytelling, she will help us relive these special moments again and again, preserving the essence of each experience for generations to come.

Kaitlin Esquivias is a dynamic individual who skillfully blends her talents as a sewist, mixed media artist, and storyteller. Previously a Program Manager in the tech industry, she has transitioned to roles that allow her to fully engage her creativity.
As the former Vice President of the Denver Metro Modern Quilt Guild (DMMQG), Kaitlin has been instrumental in building a strong community of quilting enthusiasts. Over the last three years, she has worked tirelessly to foster a welcoming environment in the guild, encouraging members to express themselves creatively and find their niche.
Kaitlin also shares her quilting and sewing expertise through various workshops and classes. She is committed to educating others, helping them master the intricacies of the craft both inside and outside the guild. Her efforts have been crucial in nurturing new talent and developing future leaders.
In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys volunteering, walking her two dogs, and engaging in crafts. Her journey has revealed the unifying power of creativity and the significance of supporting an inclusive community where all voices matter.
We are immensely thankful for Kaitlin’s dedication to our projects and the positive impact she has on our community. Her contributions are invaluable, and we are excited to continue collaborating with her to weave more stories through art and creativity.
